Once upon a time
..two girls from Norway wanted to offer an healthy alternative to get tanned. What started as a small spray tan salon quickly became Norway’s largest tanning salon. The spray tan technique got highly regarded of its kind and featured in a number of magazines. 10 000 spray tans a year, 50 professional trainings annually and distributors in five different countries makes Spraytanhuset the most experienced company in Norway. The story doesn’t end here. Through several years the girls had been testing almost every spray tan brand, and understood they had to develop their own color to get it exactly as they wanted: a tan especially developed for nordic skin – a type of skin that’s often dry, pale and that may have a pink undertone. The Nordic countries are known for their natural beauty and unique nature. Majestic mountains, river valleys and not to forget about the fjords. The girls was inspired by the spectacular Norwegian nature, with elements from the top of glaciers into the deep, mysterious forests.
Nordic Tan is the first spray tan brand enriched with Nordic ingredients such as trollhassel, nordic water and nordic blueberry extracts – an extract known to be full of antioxidants and vitamins A, E and C. In fact, we have flown nordic water to our manufacturer as this ingredient is not common to use. The ingredients are also known to be hydrating, in addition to moisturizing and skin soothing. This unique blend of nordic ingredients gives the perfect glow whilst Aloe Vera and panthenol moisturize the skin resulting in a longer lasting tan.
We wanted to make a formula that suits our nordic skin. We also wanted to use the best ingredients from the nordic nature. Additionally, we wanted it to be fast working and be sure it absorbed quickly on the skin and that the result ensured a natural sunkissed look. We feel quit confident claiming our own spray tan is the best professional liquid we have ever tried.

SAY HELLO TO THE COLD ONE, ISRID
Do you prefer the tan to be deep and cold? Isrid contains nordic water, nordic blueberry extract and organic certified Argan Oil in addition to ingredients that makes the spray tan sweat-resistant. Isrid has an ash grey looking tan mixed with cool grey tones. The perfect choice if you want to achieve an ice cold result – especially on already tanned skin or skin with yellow undertones. This unique blend of nordic ingredients and vitamin E moisturize the skin resulting in a longer lasting tan.
